90+ Lighthouse score

Shopify store development for brands selling to customers abroad: a custom Liquid theme, product pages built around the objections that actually stop people buying, and tracking configured before your first ad runs.
From $1,200 for the theme. Shopify plans and app subscriptions are billed to you directly, so the store stays in your name.
Who this Shopify store development service is for
We work with three kinds of store, and the work looks quite different in each case.
- A first store, where the priority is getting a credible, fast, ads-ready shop live without spending months on it.
- An existing store on a bought theme that converts poorly and has accumulated a dozen apps nobody can account for.
- A migration from WooCommerce or another platform, where the catalogue and the existing search rankings both have to survive the move.
What is included
The theme is written rather than assembled. Bought themes carry settings for every business Shopify has, and that weight shows up in the one metric that matters on mobile: how long a product page takes to become usable.
- A custom Liquid theme built on Shopify 2.0 sections and blocks.
- Product page structure designed around objections, not just specifications.
- App integration: email marketing, reviews, subscriptions and loyalty, wired in properly rather than stacked.
- Payment gateway setup for the markets you actually sell into.
- Abandoned cart and post-purchase email flows.
- Analytics and the Meta pixel with conversion events, configured and verified before launch.
- A headless Hydrogen build where the catalogue genuinely warrants it.
Pricing, and what moves it
The build starts at $1,200 and covers the theme. What pushes a quote above that is rarely the visual design — it is the number of distinct templates, the size of a catalogue being migrated, and how many apps need custom integration rather than a default install.
Shopify plans start at $32 a month on Basic and are billed by Shopify to you. App subscriptions are likewise yours. We quote the build, not the running costs, and we will tell you which apps you can do without.
Problems this solves
The stores we are asked to rescue tend to share the same handful of faults.
- A theme carrying several apps that each inject scripts on every page, so the product page takes seconds to become interactive on a mobile connection.
- Product pages that list specifications but answer none of the questions that stop a first-time buyer: delivery time, returns, sizing, who to contact.
- A checkout that has never been tested on a real phone on a slow connection, which is how most of the traffic arrives.
- Conversion tracking that fires on the wrong event, so the ad platform optimises towards the wrong action and the campaign looks broken when the store is the problem.
- A migration done without redirects, quietly losing the search traffic the previous store had built.

Our published results are advertising campaigns rather than store builds, several of them for e-commerce brands — including $571,370 in revenue at 12.57x ROAS for a European fashion brand and EUR 58,670 at 5.3x for Tyhiony Fashion. Those are ad results, not evidence that we built those stores, and we will not present them as such.
TODO(kelhos): send me two or three Shopify stores you built that I can name here, with whatever you can stand behind — conversion rate before and after, load time, or simply the store and what was involved. Also tell me how many Shopify stores you have built in total, which is the single most useful number this page is missing.
